Where Qmanja Signage is stronger
A free tier instead of a trial: one screen and 200 MB of storage stay free, with no credit card and no clock running down. Pricing is a single per-screen rate — $6.99 monthly or $4.99 billed yearly — rather than tiers that change by customer segment, so a small business and a school pay the same for the same thing.
Split-screen layouts, synced video walls and proof-of-play are part of the paid plan rather than something to price separately.
Where Rise Vision is stronger
Hardware breadth, clearly. Their hardware page lists Chrome OS, Linux, Apple TV, BrightSign, Raspberry Pi, the Amazon Signage Stick and LG webOS as supported today — LG webOS is still in development for us, and we do not support the others at all. If your estate already runs that hardware, that matters more than anything else on this page.
They also sell their own media player and displays, publish a large template library (their home page cites 750+ templates), and offer emergency alerts, wireless screen sharing and SSO — features we do not offer.
How we checked this
Comparison pages age badly and competitors change their pricing without telling anyone. So the rule for this page is simple: we only state a fact about Rise Vision if we read it on a page Rise Vision publishes, and we link that page so you can check it yourself. Where we could not confirm something, the row says "Check with vendor" rather than carrying a guess.
Three rows are marked that way — split-screen layouts, synced video walls and proof-of-play. We could not confirm those on a Rise Vision page. That is not a claim they lack the features; it means you should ask them.
The pricing row needs one more caveat. Rise Vision's pricing page splits by audience — K-12, higher education and non-profit, and business, government and other. The K-12 figures are published in the page itself; the business figures load behind a selector we could not read, so we have not put a number against them.

Both charge per screen. Qmanja Signage is $6.99 per screen per month, or $4.99 per screen per month billed yearly, with quoted Business pricing for deployments of 20 or more screens. Rise Vision publishes three tiers — Basic, Advanced and Enterprise — priced separately for K-12, for higher education and non-profits, and for business and government. Which players does each product support?

If you need Chrome OS, Linux, BrightSign or Raspberry Pi today, Rise Vision covers hardware we do not.
Do both keep playing without an internet connection?
Yes. Qmanja Signage caches media on the device, so a screen keeps playing its last published schedule through an outage and catches up when the connection returns. Rise Vision states on its own site that it stores content locally for offline playback.
Why do some rows say "Check with vendor"?
Because we only state a competitor fact we could read on Rise Vision's own current pages. We could not confirm split-screen layouts, synced video walls or proof-of-play reporting on a Rise Vision page, so we say so instead of guessing. Rise Vision may well offer them — ask them directly rather than taking our word for it.
