Everything you need to run brilliant screens

Depth for power users, simplicity for everyone else. Here is the full toolkit behind Qmanja Signage — content, layouts, scheduling, control and reporting — with no feature held back for an enterprise tier you have to call about.

01

Content & media

Every format your screens need, organised the way you think.

Images, video & audio

Upload virtually any format — JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, MP4, WebM, MOV and more — into tidy nested folders.

Live streams & web

Add YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Dailymotion, Google Slides, HLS or any URL as a live source — no download required.

Scrolling tickers

Run custom message tickers along the bottom of any screen for news, offers or alerts.

Clock & weather widgets

Drop in a live, timezone-aware clock and local weather for any city — refreshed automatically.

02

Layouts & playback

Design once, play anywhere — at any resolution or orientation.

Split-screen zones

Up to 12 regions per screen, each with its own content, fill mode, blur and rotation. Stored as percentages, so layouts fit every resolution.

Reusable templates

Save a multi-zone layout to your library and apply it to any screen in one click.

Transitions & rotation

Fade, slide, zoom, flip, push and blur transitions, plus full 0/90/180/270 rotation for any mounting angle.

Groups & video walls

Push one playlist to a whole group of screens, or split it across a synced grid video wall.

03

Control & scheduling

Total command of what shows, when — across every location.

Day & time scheduling

Per-screen or per-outlet schedule windows with day masks and automatic overlap protection.

Operating hours & power

Define outlet working hours and per-screen power schedules so displays sleep when the doors close.

Live preview

See exactly what each screen is playing right now, with real-time screenshots and current-media fallback.

Offline alerts

Get an email the moment a screen drops offline for longer than your chosen threshold.

04

Teams, security & insight

Built for multi-location operators and the people who run them.

Roles & outlet scoping

Invite editors and viewers, and scope each teammate to only the outlets they manage.

Simple, secure pairing

Connect a screen with a 6-character code or an outlet login. Backed by Firebase auth and per-device JWTs.

Proof-of-play & usage

Opt-in proof-of-play logs, uptime vs. operating-hours reports and CSV export — without runaway storage.

Audit trail

Every action — who changed what, and when — is logged for full accountability.

Feature FAQ

Questions about what the platform can do

What features does digital signage software need?

At minimum: playlist management for images and video, day-and-time scheduling, remote screen monitoring and offline caching so a network drop does not blank the display. Beyond that, the features that separate platforms are split-screen layouts, video-wall synchronisation, live web and stream sources, team permissions scoped to locations, and proof-of-play reporting.

How many zones can a split-screen layout have?

Up to 12 independent zones per screen in Qmanja Signage. Each zone runs its own playlist or live stream and has its own fit mode, blur and rotation. Layouts are stored as percentages rather than fixed pixels, so the same design fits any resolution or orientation without being rebuilt.

How large a video wall can I build?

Up to a 6 × 6 grid — 36 panels — driven from one synchronised playlist. Each panel runs a standard player, so you do not need a dedicated video-wall controller for most installations.

Can I schedule different content for different times of day?

Yes. Day-and-time rules apply per screen or per group, with automatic clash detection so two schedules cannot overlap on the same display. Separate power schedules put screens to sleep outside operating hours.

Does Qmanja Signage support live streams and web pages?

Yes. YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Dailymotion, Google Slides, HLS and any reachable URL can be added as a live source. Streams play directly from the source to the player rather than being re-uploaded, so there is no streaming bandwidth charge and playback starts immediately.

Can I control who on my team can change which screens?

Yes. Invite editors and viewers and scope each person to only the outlets they manage. Every change is recorded in an audit trail showing who changed what and when.
