Qmanja Signage
Demo

Book a digital signage demo — or skip it and start free

One screen costs nothing and needs no demo: sign up, pair a display and publish. If you are planning several sites, book a walkthrough and we'll work through your layouts, schedules and player choice with you.

Two ways in

Pick the route that fits your rollout

A demo is a sales call you have to wait for. For a single screen you don't need one — so we made the free tier do the job instead.

Start free, right now

One screen and 200 MB of storage, free forever, with no credit card. Pair a browser, Android TV, Fire TV or Windows player and publish your first playlist in the same sitting.

  • No demo, no waiting for a slot
  • Your own content on your own display
  • Upgrade to Pro per screen when you're ready

Request a walkthrough

For multi-site estates, video walls or a deployment of 20 or more screens, where the questions are about structure, permissions and reporting rather than whether the software works.

  • Built around your locations and screen count
  • Business pricing quoted for 20+ screens
  • Player options for the hardware you already own
What we cover

Six things worth seeing before you commit

Split-screen layouts

Divide a display into zones so a menu, a promotion and a ticker share the same screen instead of competing for it.

Synced video walls

Drive several displays as one canvas, kept in step so the join between panels doesn't give the wall away.

Scheduling

Set what plays by day and time, so breakfast boards, evening promotions and weekend content swap themselves over.

Live streams

Put a YouTube, Twitch or HLS stream on a screen or into a zone alongside your own scheduled content.

Proof-of-play

Show what actually played, and when — the record you need when someone else is paying for the slot.

Offline caching

Content is cached on the player, so a screen keeps playing through a dropped connection rather than going black.

What we can show live, and what's still coming

We would rather tell you this before the call than during it.

How a walkthrough works

Three steps, no slide deck

  1. Tell us about the estate

How many screens, how many locations, who needs to change what, and what has to be on the displays. The form below is enough to start.

  2. Walk through it live

We build against your use case in the real dashboard — layouts, schedules, roles and reporting — rather than showing you a recording of someone else's screens.

  3. Pilot it yourself

Pair one of your own displays on the free tier and keep it running after the call. If the pilot works, we quote the rollout from your real screen count.

Request a walkthrough

Tell us roughly how many screens and sites you're planning for. We usually reply within one business day.

Demo FAQ

Questions people ask before booking

Do I need a demo to try Qmanja Signage?

No. The free tier gives you one screen and 200 MB of storage, free forever and with no credit card, so you can pair a display and publish a playlist without talking to anyone. A walkthrough is worth booking when you are planning a rollout across several sites and want to see how it holds up at that size.

What does the walkthrough cover?

The parts that matter to your estate: split-screen layouts, scheduling content by day and time, synced video walls, live streams from YouTube, Twitch or HLS, proof-of-play reporting, and how offline caching keeps a screen playing when its network drops.

Which players can I see running?

The players that are live today — any web browser, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV and Windows. macOS, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS are in development, and iOS/iPadOS is in review, so we can talk through where each one stands rather than demonstrate it.

Can I pilot it on our own screens?

Yes. Pair one of your own displays on the free tier using the browser, Android TV, Fire TV or Windows player and you will see exactly what your staff and customers would see. The screen stays paired after the call.

What does it cost once we roll out?

Pro is $6.99 per screen per month, or $4.99 per screen per month billed yearly. Deployments of 20 or more screens are quoted as Business pricing — tell us your screen count and locations and we will put a number to it.
