Where their published pages did not answer a question — the plan level required for video walls, and native macOS or iOS players — the row says to check with the vendor rather than filling in a guess.

Where Yodeck is the stronger choice
There is no point writing a comparison that only flatters us. On these three points their published pages are ahead of ours.
More platforms live today
Their players page lists Raspberry Pi, BrightSign, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS as supported now. On our side Tizen and webOS are still in development, and we do not support Raspberry Pi or BrightSign at all. If your hardware is already bought and it is one of those, that decides it.
A more generous free plan
Both free plans cover one screen with no credit card, but their pricing page lists unlimited file storage against our 200 MB. For a single screen playing long or high-bitrate video, that gap matters well before you reach the point of paying anyone.
A published offline window
Their manual commits to a figure: at least 30 days of playback without internet access. We cache media and keep playing through an outage, but we do not publish a maximum offline period. If you run screens in genuinely disconnected sites, a documented number is worth having.
Where Qmanja Signage may suit you better
Mostly this comes down to price per screen and how few tiers you have to climb to get the features most people actually want.
Lower entry price per screen
Pro is $6.99 per screen per month, or $4.99 billed yearly. Their pricing page puts the lowest paid tier at $8 per screen per month. Across twenty screens that difference compounds every month, and volume pricing above twenty screens is by quote on both sides.
Proof-of-play on the entry paid plan
Proof-of-play and usage reports are part of Pro, not a tier above it. Their manual states Playback Reports need the Premium plan, listed at $12 per screen per month. If you report playback to advertisers or franchisees, compare on that plan rather than the headline one.
One paid plan, no feature ladder
Split-screen layouts, synced video walls, scheduling, live streams from YouTube, Twitch and HLS, and offline caching are all on the same plan. There is one paid tier and then volume pricing — nothing to unlock by upgrading again later.
How to choose between them
Start with hardware, because it is the only decision that is genuinely hard to reverse. If you have already bought Raspberry Pi units, BrightSign players or commercial Samsung and LG panels you intend to run natively, Yodeck supports those today and we do not. If you are buying fresh, or you already have Android TV boxes, Fire TV sticks or a Windows mini-PC sitting in a cupboard, both products will run on them and the decision moves on to price and features.
Then work out which plan you would actually be on, not which plan is cheapest. The two products cut features into tiers differently, so the entry prices are not measuring the same thing. Proof-of-play is the clearest example: it sits on our single paid plan, and their documentation puts Playback Reports on Premium. If you need playback evidence for advertisers, tenants or franchisees, that is the row to compare, and the honest comparison is our Pro against their Premium.
Finally, test on your own content before you commit to either. Both free plans cover one screen without a credit card, so you can pair a real display, load your real media and watch it run for a week.
