Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Qmanja Signage. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 8 June 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you (and the organisation you represent) and Qmanja Signage. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. The service
Qmanja Signage is a cloud-based digital-signage platform for designing, scheduling and broadcasting content to screens across one or more locations. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You are responsible for the screens and devices you pair to your account and for the people you invite to your team.
- Notify us promptly at admin@qmanja.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Plans, billing & free tier
- Your first screen is free. Paid plans are billed on a per-screen basis as described on our Pricing page.
- You can add or remove screens and change plans at any time; charges adjust accordingly.
- Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- We may change our prices; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect you.
5. Your content & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the content you upload or link. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to display it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Display or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
- Violate the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants' data.
- Use the service to transmit malware or for any fraudulent or abusive purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Qmanja Signage software, branding and all related intellectual property are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as permitted here.
8. Third-party services & content
The service may let you embed third-party content (such as live streams from YouTube, Twitch or other sources) and relies on third-party providers like AWS and Google Firebase. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which may be subject to their own terms.
9. Availability, disclaimers & liability
We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or where necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
